Welcome: you will be greeted by our front of house team, who will make sure all of your intake forms are complete.

Consult: we perform consultations to understand your goals and customise your treatment plan. We allow extra time at your first appointment so we can get to know you. For skin treatments, our team will prep you with an OBSERV skin analysis so your skin expert can review the results before seeing you.

Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes early for this pre-treatment experience.

For your health and safety, a consult is required. We must assess your skin and understand any contraindications, such as allergies or medications, before treating you with our advanced treatments and products.

We also consult before body work, because we need to know about previous injuries or long term conditions, such as scoliosis or lymphoedema, that may affect how we approach your treatment.

Two hour street parking is available out the front of our building. For longer treatments, we recommend parking on the opposite side of the street, in front of the railway station, where parking is free all day.

Unfortunately not. Please use your voucher in person or over the phone with us.

We require at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations may forfeit the deposit and no-shows are charged in full. Read our booking policies.

Most of our treatments can be made pregnancy safe, with the exception of more advanced therapies such as skin needling. There are some products to avoid during pregnancy, so please tell your therapist and we will look after you.

Teenage acne is incredibly common and almost always linked to the hormonal changes of puberty, which increase oil production in the skin. While it is normal, that does not mean it has to be left untreated or managed with over the counter products that do not address the cause.

When to seek professional help

• If breakouts are painful, inflamed or leaving marks
• If acne is affecting your teen's confidence or wellbeing
• If home skincare or pharmacy products have not made a difference after a few months
• If there are early signs of scarring or pigmentation

The minimum age for treatment is 12, and clients under 18 need a parent or guardian with them.

Yes. We tailor every treatment plan to your teen's age, skin sensitivity and concerns. Nothing is one size fits all, and we always start conservatively. The earlier we assess their skin, the more we can do to prevent longer term scarring or pigmentation.

Often, yes. Many treatments require you to pause actives such as retinol and exfoliating acids for a few days beforehand. See our pre and post treatment care.
