We understand that circumstances arise that do not allow you to keep your appointment, but please be courteous to us and our clients by calling 48 hours prior to your appointment to cancel if you are unable to make it.

If voucher is not presented at time of booking, a 50% deposit is required to secure appointment.
If you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice you risk forfeiting your deposit. Last-minute cancellations will be considered as No Shows in which we exercise the right to charge 100% of the proposed booking cost if this is not adhered to.

We require you to arrive 10 min prior to your treatment. As a courtesy to all our guests, treatments finish on schedule, so plan your time carefully as late arrival could compromise the length of your treatment.

Our services are in high demand. • Gift vouchers are valid for three years from the date of issue. Once expired, they cannot be used, and any remaining balance is forfeited (please refer to https://consumer.gov.au/new-gift-card-laws)
• Your gift voucher must be presented when booking to secure your appointment. Failure to provide a voucher or reference number will require immediate payment. Please ensure you bring the voucher with you to the clinic on the day of your treatment.
• Gift vouchers are valuable; Urban Vogue cannot be held responsible for any lost or misplaced vouchers.
• Vouchers are non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and their balances cannot be transferred to a new voucher. They are not legal tender or equivalent to credit or debit cards.
• Any unused value on your voucher will not be refunded and will become the property of Urban Vogue.
• Gift vouchers are issued for a monetary value, with any recommended treatments provided as a suggestion only. You may choose to apply the voucher value to other treatments or services at your discretion.
• Lost, stolen, or damaged gift vouchers cannot be replaced or refunded.

Minimum age is 12 years of age and must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

To maintain the wellness and relaxation of our Clinic, we kindly ask that you do not bring children to your clinic treatment.
