BOOKING YOUR VISIT
We would like your visit to be at a time most suited to you. To avoid disappointment please book early by either messaging our Facebook page, phoning 02 6766 3998 or booking online through the Urban Vogue website.
We understand that circumstances arise that do not allow you to keep your appointment, but please be courteous to us and our clients by calling 48 hours prior to your appointment to cancel if you are unable to make it.
If voucher is not presented at time of booking, a 50% deposit is required to secure appointment.
If you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice you risk forfeiting your deposit. Last-minute cancellations will be considered as No Shows in which we exercise the right to charge 100% of the proposed booking cost if this is not adhered to.
ARRIVAL TIME
We require you to arrive 10 min prior to your treatment. This ensures you have time to relax with a complimentary foot soak beforehand. As a courtesy to all our guests, treatments finish on schedule, so plan your time carefully as late arrival could compromise the length of your treatment.
CANCELLATION/NON-ATTENDANCE
Our services are in high demand. We understand that circumstances arise that do not allow you to keep your appointment, but please be courteous to us and our clients by calling 48 hours prior to your appointment to cancel if you unable to make it. When you book an appointment, that appointment time is reserved exclusively for you.
Gift vouchers risk full forfeit if less than the appropriate cancellation notice is given and last minute cancellations will be considered as No Shows. We exercise the right to charge 100% of the proposed booking cost if this is not adhered too. Please note that we do not issue refunds. In the event of a cancellation, within our our cancellation terms a credit will be applied to your account. In the even of a COVID-19 lockdown the deposit that you have paid will be automatically credited to your account.
PERSONAL BELONGINGS
To ensure a seamless experience, please be aware of our personal belongings policy:
•Client Responsibility: Your personal belongings are your own responsibility. This includes valuables like jewellery, electronics, wallets, and clothing.
•Secure Storage: Lockers are available for your use, however remember that their use is at your own risk. We recommend avoiding bringing valuables whenever possible. Please lock with the key provided and keep with you during your treatment.
•Loss or Damage: Urban Vogue is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged items while on our premises. Keep a close watch on your belongings.
•Valuables at Home: For a worry-free experience, consider leaving valuables at home.
•Electronics Caution: Exercise care with electronic devices; we are not responsible for any damage or loss.
By choosing Urban Vogue, you agree to adhere to this policy.
MEDICAL
Your health and well-being are our top priority. For your safety, you will be asked to complete a confidential consultation that includes questions regarding medical conditions. Our highly trained staff will ensure that your service is suitable.
Wheelchair Access: Unfortunately, Urban Vogue Day Spa has no direct wheelchair access. Please ask us for any assistance you require to access the spa, and we will do our best to assist you with your enquiry.
GIFT VOUCHERS
A gift voucher must be provided at the time of booking to secure your booking. Failure to produce voucher or reference number will require payment.
When you come in for your treatment, your gift voucher must be presented at reception.
Your gift voucher is precious currency, any lost vouchers will not be the responsibility of Urban Vogue.
Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash, returned for a refund, have their balances consolidated to a new gift voucher, or be replaced after expiry and are not legal tender, credit or debit cards.
Gift vouchers are valid for three years from the Date of Issue. After the gift voucher has expired, it is no longer valid. All transactions will be declined.
Unused value will not be refunded and will become the property of Urban Vogue Day Spa.
Please note that all vouchers are only sold as a dollar value. We do have a “recommended for you” section on the voucher, this does not guarentee this service or product will be still available upon booking or used to purchase retail.
Lost, stolen or destroyed gift vouchers cannot be refunded or replaced.
Last-minute cancellations will be considered as No Shows in which we exercise the right to charge 100% of the proposed booking cost if this is not adhered too.
If you are running late you will have your treatment time shortened to avoid inconveniencing the client that has a booking after you.
PACKAGES
Spa journeys are unable to be split and treatments within them cannot be swapped.
DOUBLES
Any of our treatments can be made into doubles appointments. You can choose to book individual rooms at the same time. As booking doubles online can be a little tricky, please message through Facebook or call our clinic on 02 6766 3998 for any enquiries.
Wine and cheese platters for doubles are available upon request if not already included in your package type. Choose from either sparkling, white wine or red wine. Non-alcoholic options can be provided.
MINIMUM AGE
Minimum age is 12 years of age and must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
To maintain the wellness and relaxation of our Clinic, we kindly ask that you do not bring children to your clinic treatment.
COMPLAINTS
We operate a complaints handling procedure which we will use to try to resolve disputes when they first arise, please let us know if you have any complaints or comments.

This agreement and this website are subject to the laws of NSW and Australia. If there is a dispute between you and urbanvoguedayspa.com.au that results in litigation, then you must submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of NSW.
